🎄 Last Friday the 13th was anything but unlucky – we transformed our buildings into cozy Christmas markets filled with the scent of mulled wine, charity punch, and delicious sausages. But the real magic? Our team spirit shining through 🤫. 🎶 Our incredible colleagues from T Band Funk and T Band Hard set the stage with live music, while DJ Dali from Internal IT brought the energy to the open-air dance floor. The highlight of the evening? Definitely celebrating our T Star Award winners. A huge congratulations to these outstanding colleagues who go above and beyond every day, inspiring us all to do our best. We'll introduce them step by step in the New Year 👏. And the cherry 🍒 on top? Thanks to our charity punch, we raised €1,382 for the Neonatology Department in Košice. The Re-Connect Meeting in Bratislava was a fantastic opportunity to come together, celebrate successes, and connect with colleagues based in this vibrant city. 🚀 Unleashing Young Minds Through Technology ✨ What happens when you combine children’s boundless curiosity with the power of technology? Pure magic. 🌟 Over the past four weeks, the T Kids Scratch Basic Workshop has been a space where young minds 💡 explored block programming and turned their creative ideas 💭 into reality. These budding programmers 👩💻👨💻 began with the basics of Scratch, diving into loops, sequences, and events. Their quick grasp of these concepts proved that innovation has no age limit. The result? Two incredible games—Flying Cat 🐱🦸♂️ and Ninja Fruit 🍉🥷—each reflecting the unique vision and creativity of its young creators. Since joining our HR Development team in 2016, Katka has been the driving force behind the Internal Trainers' Community—a project she fondly refers to as her “first child.” Her exceptional ability to connect people, listen actively, and inspire those around her laid the foundation for this initiative, which began in our company in 2017. We are proud to share that this year, Katka received the prestigious T-Star award, celebrating her dedication, creativity, and positive influence on our team. Beyond work, Katka enjoys practicing yoga, cycling, reading books, listening to podcasts, and traveling—always on the lookout for new destinations. Women belong in IT! 💻 In collaboration with Ženský algoritmus / Female Algorithm and Inspiring Girls Slovakia we recently welcomed 50 high school students from Košice to the Inspiring Jobs Event: Tech Edition, demonstrating that the IT world is brimming with opportunities for women. 📊 68% of participants could imagine a future in IT after the event! The girls were inspired by the story of our colleague, Lýdia Drábiková who shared her journey to becoming an App Developer. They also engaged in "speed-dating" sessions with our experts, exploring diverse IT fields – from programming and SCRUM to the many benefits of a tech career. 👉 The age at which young girls decide on their education and career paths is crucial. We're proud to support them and highlight the open doors for women in IT.

It was a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving, with lots of energy during the last weekend of November. Over 250 participants in 55 teams worked on real-world challenges 💡 under the guidance of experienced mentors. 🎯 The main goal was to develop unique tech-driven solutions with practical applications for ongoing and future projects. We tackled the following challenges: 1️⃣ Smart Data Ally: Making data analysis accessible through AI. 2️⃣ Gigabit Penetration Test: Automating security vulnerability testing. 3️⃣ AI Data Validator: Enhancing document validation with advanced AI tools. 🎮 Beyond coding, participants enjoyed games, mini-challenges, and networking opportunities, creating a well-rounded experience.
