Currently I am serving as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region at Sennheiser, being at the helm of steering one of the most revered names in audio technology. My focus is on managing P&L oversight, strategy, distribution & business development, and fostering a high-performing team.

We're dedicated to being close to our customers - while delivering audio solutions that resonate, an endeavor that earned us significant accolades like the Manufacturer of the Year APAC 2023. Our APAC team's collaborative spirit has been pivotal in securing this recognition, underscoring our commitment to excellence as a team and in the industry.

My career is built upon a foundation of rigorous academic excellence and diverse international experiences. Completed my University Master's studies in Finland & Japan, where this formative period not only equipped me with profound insights into international business but also fostered a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and global perspectives - which I believe is a key to strive in today's world and business environment.

Before my tenure in the APAC region, I served as the Head of Sales for both the UK and Nordic regions – and after moving to Singapore in 2020 to setup and lead a Business I was also chosen as 40 under 40 within the industry after successful 2021.

In addition to my corporate accomplishments, I am also recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice, widely regarded for my insightful commentary on leadership, international business, and the future of work and technology. My thought leadership extends beyond written contributions, as I am also a speaker known for my ability to motivate and inspire audiences around the Globe - lately in Business Show Asia 2024 in Marina Bay Sands Singapore.

Responsible for increasing market share of all company products by performing the following duties:

    • Managing all aspects of assigned accounts within their portfolio, including opportunity identification, qualification, pre-sales planning, presentation, closing, post-sales support and follow up, service and other issues in order to maintain good standing with account.
    • Traveling throughout the territory to call on prospective customers/existing customers/end users/consultants/contractors as required to meet and exceed goals based on sub channel.
    • Identified and analyzed specific dealer and product trends within the territory through the use of Polaris and Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
    • Maintained a log of activities in the Company CRM software program including sales call summaries, sales progress, new account updates, sales pipeline information as well as feedback on trends, market needs, competitive intelligence, upcoming opportunities, quality issues, etc. on a daily or weekly basis.
    • Researched trends and account developments through related publications and training sessions to maintain current knowledge and specifically meet customer requests.
    • Ensured a high level of post-sales satisfaction and facilitated long term relationships by meeting and exceeding customer expectations
    • Consistently conducted customer training sessions at all locations.
    • Developed yearly dealer programs defining pricing, terms and conditions of trade, purchase projections and other aspects of the business plan in accordance with stated corporate policy. Visits with each dealer to review and discuss yearly objectives, terms and conditions.
