    The Avaya Marketing Helpdesk is a pilot initiative in Asia Pacific to drive marketing engagement with our resellers. The objective of the Helpdesk is to help our partners be marketing enabled and support them with demand generation expertise to better drive their Avaya business.

    The Marketing Helpdesk will seek to familiarize partners around the Channel Marketing Tools that Avaya provides to partners for free. Partners will be introduced to tools such as Content Syndication and Partner Marketing Central (PMC) and supported through 1:1 engagements to execute demand generation activities simply and for free.

    The Marketing Helpdesk includes a host of to-partner marketing communications - eDMs, Newsletters, as well as monthly webinars and 1:1 briefings to drive the right marketing content and execution support to channel partners.
