You're planning an event on a tight budget. How can you ensure your vendors maintain your creative vision?
Vendors won’t care about your vision unless you make them. Their priority is efficiency, meeting deadlines, and staying within their own constraints. So if you want to ensure they bring your vision to life without blowing your budget, here’s what you need to do: Crystal-clear brief – No guessing games, lock down your vision upfront. Fewer, trusted vendors – Pay them slightly better, they’ll sweat the details. Show up – Be there. Micromanage critical points, fix issues live. Quality > Quantity – Go for impact. Fewer wow elements beat lots of meh. Set consequences – Make it clear: Deviate from the plan, there’s a price. Play the relationship card – Call in favors. It’s a people game. Own the process, or watch it slip away.

Engage with media outlets and influencers to produce an increased amount of video content. The content featured close-up shots of vegetable bread, emphasizing the health benefits of the fillings and ingredients used. Also highlighting the K-Apple bread is made with the same nutritious ingredients.
The response to our initiative has been extraordinary. Sales and media coverage have exceeded our KPIs by 100%, and we have seen a significant increase in repeat customers. The PR value generated from this campaign is estimated to be in the seven-figure range, further solidifying the success of our efforts.
