In the fast-paced digital landscape of today, cybersecurity has become an indispensable aspect of business operations, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (#SMEs). To create awareness, a talk was held in collaboration with SME Centre@SICCI, BSE Association and Xiyao Culture Association to shed light on the importance of cybersecurity for SME companies. The crucial role of cybersecurity is safeguarding digital assets, personal information, and critical infrastructure from malicious threats and unauthorized access, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data in an interconnected world. Several companies, including SMEs are prone to cyber-attacks every year. In fact, only 59% of business companies in Singapore are fully aware of cyber risks.* Daniel Goh from ATET Security was glad to be present to share about the CSA's SG CYBER SAFE PROGRAMME, and some measures for companies to shield themselves against cyber threats. "With the growth, we didn't get corresponding productivity increases in our company." In an interview at #BrainstormAI in Singapore, Glean cofounder and CEO Arvind Jain shared that when he founded his previous company, Rubrik, he noticed a decline in productivity as the company grew compared to when it was a smaller organization.
