That’s my one-liner when people ask what I do as a new voice in agile leadership development.

Over the past twelve years, I’ve worked directly with leaders from nearly 40 countries, across sectors and functions. This diverse experience has honed my ability to navigate cultural nuances and contextual challenges, and understand the most pressing issues today’s workplace leaders face.

In 2018, driven by my mission to uplift leaders, I made a bold pivot from a 14-year career as a mathematics teacher. I then founded ACESENCE Agile Leadership, a boutique consultancy delivering customized solutions in a world where cookie-cutter approaches no longer suffice.

As an experienced educator and researcher, I’m here to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Designing evidence-based strategies anchored in research, delivered through adult-learning principles ensures lasting impact.

My ultimate mission? Help leaders evolve their skills, so they'll create workplace cultures where leaders and employees will thrive.
