Outbound for 'high-ticket' B2B requires a completely different approach : - Establish credibility: it requires trust. - Initiate conversation: can't push the sales. - Identify and or indicate problems: B.A.N.T. - Project value: show them the meds. - Maintain: build up the buying signal. - Close It's usually a much longer sales cycle, hence, it's important to have a healthy 'pipeline'. There's never a 'no' in high-ticket sales, only 'not yets'. And once that 'not yets' turns into a 'maybe', you'd like to be their top of mind. Get your foot in the door, and stay in front of that door. How? By scrapping job boards, analyzing and summarising the job descriptions of the profiles we know exactly the needs of those SMEs We can then reach out to the right person with the right message at the right time - - Step 4: Calibrate their ICP/Persona 1- Gauge the number of accounts/contacts to target 2- Estimate the available data per account/contacts As step 1 tells us how many accounts/people we need to reach the targeted revenue, We evaluate if the number of accounts/people found versus the ones needed are matching. - - Step 5: Write intent-driven cold email sequences 7 steps-blueprint to send terrific cold emails in 2024: 1. 1-3 word subject line 2. 5th grade language 3. 1st line: an observation 4. If you SELL leads for a living : you're in trouble ⚠️ BUT I can FIX your SMMA, LGA or AIAA. For the record, this is what I mean by SMMA, LGA and AIAA: - SMMA: social media marketing agency (eg. FB ads for SaaS) - LGA: Lead Generation Agency (eg. cold emailing agency) - AIAA: AI automation Agency You see, generating leads is EASY but closing deals is much harder. So if you generate leads for your agency customers, they might churn at some point because they'll tell you that the leads suck or that they don't convert them while in reality the problem are not the leads but their ability to close deals. This is your chance to RETAIN and UPSELL them with a done-with-you closing deals system where you teach them how to close deals. [Power Laws and Super Clients]: Clients are not created equal. Power laws apply. There are people in your audience, lead, customer, and client base who will happily pay you 50x what others will.
