𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 😶😶 Entrepreneurship isn’t for everyone, and that’s perfectly okay. It’s a challenging path that often involves navigating financial uncertainty, long hours, and the ups and downs of building something from scratch. I sat down with Yienyee S., many of you know her from her previous venture AVANA, the company faced challenges, including the loss of co-founder  and operational issues, which coincided with the funding winter during the COVID-19 pandemic. She reflects on the emotional process of letting go and the importance of self-care for entrepreneurs. She is now Chief Relationship Officer EasyStore . Here are the lessons that she learned from entrpreneurship. 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝘁 Entrepreneurship is not for everyone due to its challenges, such as financial insecurity, lack of support, and the difficulty of explaining the concept to family members. She also highlights the importance of having grit and good physical and mental health to overcome the numerous falls entrepreneurs face. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸-𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Don’t forget to nurture hobbies and friendships outside work. It helps keep you happy and motivated. She admits that it was a challenge for her to remember what she enjoyed doing and shares how she started practicing yoga and collecting cute things to bring happiness into her life. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 Prioritize your mental and physical health. Resilience is key, and taking care of yourself helps you handle the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, YienYee learned this the hard way. Our Jack Morton Worldwide team in Asia needed to create and build a new social channel on TT to 1) Share our brand voice in this #APAC region 2) Highlight our #epic #workculture & entice the #nextGen of #creative geniuses to come work with us! 🛑 Our Challenge?
