vLookUp is a free global mentoring platform for women that connects them with role models and mentors, who are willing to donate their time and share experiences and learning. At vLookUp, we recognize that access barriers to industry leaders and mentors often hold women back. That's why our mission is to break access barriers and nurture more women talent pools by creating a support structure that starts from the early days of one's career. By enabling impactful connections for rising women, vLookUp empowers them to grow and lead. Our AI-enabled digital platform connects women mentees to mentors and role models across domains, organizations, and countries, allowing them to choose a mentor based on their specific life stage and needs. It facilitates personalized, domain-specific connections and career-advancing conversations between mentors and mentees. We are proud to have a global and cross-organizational community of mentors who are passionate about developing talent and fostering diversity. Since launching in July 2021, our community has grown to include 250 mentors and 1000+ mentees from 20 industries, 300+ organizations, and 14 countries. We have enabled over 5000 hours of meaningful mentoring engagement for our members to date. We also enable organisations and educational institutions to create, automate and scale up a global mentoring programme and culture through adoption of our proprietary software and offer custom partnership programs for organizations to empower their women professionals.
