#MalaysiaAirlines aimed to boost ticket sales and brand awareness during the 2024 #NewYear Sales. The aim was to increase ticket sales during this period as well as enhance #brandawareness and #engagement with a cost-efficient approach. Using Facebook and Instagram as primary advertising platforms, the campaign focused on #mobilefriendly ad creatives, considering that majority of the audience browse these platforms using their mobile devices. The campaign exceeded expectations with results nearly doubling the projected impressions. There was strong #engagement with the campaign content and a high CTR of 0.18% indicated #effective ad performance and user engagement.
