🎊 Big congratulations to Sir Mark Cavendish, winner of the Tour de France Prudential Singapore Criterium 2024! This year’s thrilling race, which was also the final race of his career, saw the legendary sprinter finish ahead of several star cyclists – including defending champion Jasper Philipsen, Tour de France 2024’s Green Jersey winner Biniam Girmay,  and four-time Tour de France champion Chris Froome. 🚴   The Professional Criterium race was flagged off by STB Chairman Olivier Lim and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore CEO San San Chan, CFA at Connaught Drive, the starting point of a brand-new route through downtown Singapore that put the riders’ speed, skill and strategy to the test.   To make the sport more accessible to the community, there was also plenty of action off the racetrack with the inaugural TDF SG Family Day, where fans of all ages participated in games and entertainment at the festival grounds.    The roaring success of the event’s third edition here in Singapore was made possible by organiser Evoke EXP, STB, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, and homegrown bicycle-sharing firm Anywheel.   With Singapore’s excellent infrastructure and stellar track record for delivering high-quality events, we look forward to holding more marquee events as we continue to build Singapore’s reputation as a leading business and leisure destination. #PassionMadePossible #TDFSG
