As Head of Research, Juliana will lead our research collaborations with industry and academia, conducting applied research and integrating insights into CSP’s training programs. This work is crucial in mobilizing wealth for meaningful social and environmental impact. Her recent work as a Senior Research Associate at the Singapore Management University’s Business Families Institute and International Trading Institute equips her with valuable expertise in business families and multigenerational wealth holders. Her mission? To explore core values that unite these groups and nurture purposeful wealth to drive impactful investments. Juliana's passions include health, ageing, social justice, diversity, inclusivity, climate action, and preserving humanity in the AI era. Cleantech VC investment reached $𝟏.𝟖 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 in 2023, but are we prepared for sustainable growth this time? Record-breaking investment is fueling the transition to sustainable energy. However, to ensure long-term success, we must proactively address the challenges facing cleantech venture capital. Experts Nils Moeller, Prof Lawrence Loh, and Dr Falko Paetzold, in collaboration with Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth Singapore (CSP SG) and the NUS Centre for Governance and Sustainability (CGS) , have partnered with 22 industry leaders to produce "Beyond the Boom," a comprehensive report identifying 12 key barriers to cleantech VC progress.
