Capelle has been partnering Rainbow Centre for many years, spreading festive cheer with their clients and caretakers. 🚀 A successful run to our inaugural SMRT x Capelle Data Training! 🚀 We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our inaugural SMRT x Capelle Data Training programme, Strategic Business Insights: The Power of Data Visualisation. A special highlight of the session was the insightful sharing by Eugene Teh, Dy Group Chief Data Officer, who provided a behind-the-scenes look at the SMRT Wink+ App revitalisation journey. His session showcased how data-driven decision-making fosters agile innovation, exemplified by initiatives like the recent launch of the #SMRTmakanguide, creating new lifestyle experiences for SMRT commuters.   Another key segment featured Alexis Xu, Head, Data Analyst, who presented an in-depth analysis of ridership trends. Her exploration of evolving commuter behaviours in the post-COVID world offered practical applications of ridership analytics, bringing real-world relevance to the discussion. We are thankful to SMRT for this collaboration and to all participants who joined us on this learning journey. Hearing your feedback—such as “Engaging, interesting case studies from actual real data which most of the audiences can relate to” and “Trainer Siew Yee Teh is skillful and training is very engaging and interactive”—has been incredibly rewarding. At Capelle Consulting, our mission is clear: to touch lives and transform organisations. In line with this mission, we recently worked with Workforce Singapore to deliver a career planning workshop that empowers individuals to take charge of their careers with confidence and clarity. During the workshop, the participants used the Career Planning Framework developed by Capelle to reflect on: ✔️ External labor market trends and organisational contexts ✔️ Their career aspirations and personal values ✔️ Strengths and areas for growth, supported by peer and supervisor feedback ✔️ Developmental opportunities and alternative pathways ✔️ Concrete action plans to achieve their goals Facilitated by our trainers, Anthony Tan and Kok Heng Tan — they shared their own career transition experiences and inspired the participants to embrace change with resilience.
