About us

Calm Collective is normalising mental health in Asia. We provide training, consultancy, and programs around mental health for corporate and community organisations. Built by Asians, for Asia, Calm Collective's programs weave in local cultural nuances while translating globally. What we do: Mental health literacy, peer support, psychological safety, neurodiversity, DEIB, manager training, leadership development, self-compassion, compassion, change management. Organisations we work with include Spotify, Sephora, The Body Shop, AIA, BBH, Taylor & Francis, and Zuellig Pharma. Visit our website to learn more about how we partner corporate organisations. Founded as a ground-up initiative in 2020, Calm Collective combines personal lived experiences and professional perspectives to create mental health content and programs that are relatable, educational, impactful. Our social impact work is supported by the National Youth Council and the Singapore Mental Well-being Network. Reach out to [email protected] for enquiries.
