At Naamche, we like doing things differently. When we had to build and launch our real estate super app in the fastest time possible, we took our team to Dubai, booked an Airbnb for 2 weeks and got the job done! This time, we had to help our sister company AiChat build a newer & better version of their product. To make matters more interesting, we had a diverse team spread around the globe: one in Indonesia, one in Singapore, one in Malaysia and one in Nepal. So what did we do? We planned a 3 week-long hackathon in Malaysia. All members from the 4 countries gathered together. We worked nights and weekends and gave shape to the new product which is going to launch very soon. There is something special about the energy that fills up a place when builders get together & set their mind into achieving a goal - and achieving it fast! That is what we love to do at Naamche.
