The Portable Stimulus Working Group (PSWG) was formed February 11th 2015 after an open review period that started in April the previous year. Their charter is to develop a standard for portable test and stimulus. When completed and adopted, this standard should enable a single specification that will be portable from IP to full system and across multiple target implementations.
