As usual, the integration is certified and published on Microsoft AppSource. The integration is packaged as a service, with future upgrades from both sides included. Exsitec AB has today (November 6th) acquired all the shares in BrightCom. BrightCom is a Microsoft partner specializing in the Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system with a focus on the e-commerce sector, and over the past year, it has worked with approximately 150 customers. BrightCom is projected to generate a revenue of about 60 million SEK for 2024, with an adjusted EBITA margin of around 25%, recalculated from K3 to IFRS. The purpose of the acquisition is to provide Exsitec with a new platform for growth within Microsoft's ERP systems, complementing its existing operations. "We are very pleased to reach an agreement with the owners of BrightCom, as together we become a complete provider of IT support for the e-commerce sector while gaining deep expertise in Microsoft’s ERP system. We already work with Microsoft’s offerings in Business Intelligence, integrations, security, and cloud operations, and it is natural to add Microsoft’s ERP system as part of our portfolio — not least to reach a larger audience with our other offerings." - Johan Kallblad Group CEO at Exsitec.
