Well, they want everyone to see games as an important part of our culture, just like movies, books, and music. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭: Dataspelsbranschen, the Swedish video game trade association, picked 15 awesome games they think should be in this cultural canon. Some of these games are classics, and others are more recent hits. The list includes favorites like Minecraft, Candy Crush Saga, and It Takes Two. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭? We often focus on what’s already happened in customer success: ↳ We stress over churn rates because they show past customer losses. ↳ We worry about renewal rates because they reflect past customer decisions. ↳ We obsess over NRR because it tells us about past revenue. But these are all lagging indicators. Mio Mattsson likes his team to focus more on leading indicators: 1. Prioritise Health Scores: Monitor customer health closely to predict future success. 2. Track CSAT: Keep an eye on customer satisfaction to foresee potential issues. 3. Focus on Tasks: Ensure customers are completing their tasks to stay on track. 4. Review ENPS: Make sure your team is happy, as happy teams lead to happy customers. 5. Iterate Based on Data: Use leading metrics to make proactive changes and stay ahead. Keep your eyes on the future, not the past.

According to this fresh AI report, the use of AI is largely viewed positively, especially in Finland, but almost half of organisations do not yet use AI at all and only 15% have an AI strategy. 🤖 Finland is a leader in AI in the Nordics, with 61% of Finnish organisations using AI, compared to 52% in Norway, 48% in Denmark and 45% in Sweden. Currently, AI is used in organizations especially to boost productivity and optimize operations: 43% of organizations use AI to automate processes and 42% to improve the quality of products or services. Almost half (49%) of Nordic organisations, especially small companies, do not yet use AI at all. According to the study, the biggest obstacle to adoption is uncertainty or lack of information about the potential applications of artificial intelligence.

Everywhere I go, I see padel. A few months ago, while traveling in Bali, I stumbled upon a padel court. I couldn’t resist. After picking up a pair of knock-off Asics and booking a lesson with the local pro, I found myself playing halfway across the world in Seminyak. I joined their WhatsApp group and was soon receiving nightly invites to matches. (They were always looking for a fourth player.) A few weeks later, I was in Seoul on a business trip. Curious if #padel fever had spread there, I discovered a facility had opened just the year before. I couldn’t book a court because of the language barrier on the website, but finding those courts was another reminder of how fast this sport is growing. From Bali to Seoul, padel is popping up everywhere. Especially on my instagram feed. But here’s the thing–while the excitement around padel is palpable, when I go online to find what shoes to buy or places to play, I am always left wanting more. I’ve been desperately trying to play this weekend, but my normal group is out of town and the courts are booked too. Despite the sport’s rapid expansion, connecting with like-minded players who share the same passion for padel isn’t always easy. Celebrities are playing it, athletes are hooked, and yet it still feels niche enough that finding padel information can be a challenge. That’s when I realized there was an opportunity to build something that’s missing, something that curates the content and culture of padel, something I need. So I decided to create Padelholm, the first-ever online clubhouse for serious padel players.
