The extreme difficulties you are facing are due to your yoga practice confronting the deepest level of resistance in yourself and in the world. This resistance is rooted in a fundamental unconsciousness that opposes the progress of the Spirit and the Divine Work towards victory. These difficulties are not unique to you; they are also present in the Ashram and the outside world. However, these challenges, no matter how severe, are temporary. Those who understand the workings of the world and the Spirit knew that such obstacles would arise. I anticipated this darkest phase, knowing it is the darkness before the dawn. Therefore, I am not discouraged. I am aware of what is being prepared behind this darkness and can already sense the first signs of its arrival. Those who seek the Divine must remain steadfast in their quest. After some time, the darkness will begin to fade, and the Light will emerge. A Jnani, or one who knows the truth, sees nothing separate from the Self. Everything exists within the Self. It is a mistake to think of the world, the body, and oneself as separate entities. When the truth is understood, the universe and everything beyond it are seen as part of the Self. Perception varies depending on one's level of awareness. If you see with the physical eyes, you perceive others as physical beings. If you see with the mind, others appear as mental forms. When the Self becomes the eye, the Self is infinite, and there is nothing separate from the Self to see.
