The NoA Growth Award shortlist is now official. For the fourth consecutive year, NoA in cooperation with Resumé hands out the NoA Growth Award (Tillväxtpriset) at the yearly gala dinner for Sweden’s Best CMOs.   The award recognizes how marketing teams can drive growth by activating and elevating their company’s overall strategy.   Previous winners include the marketing teams from Lyko, Polestar, and Apohem.   Shortlisted for this year’s NoA Growth Award are*: Katarina Gold, Akavia Johanna Åberg och Mikael Gustafsson, ATG Magnus Hammarskjöld, Celsius Tomas Bäcklund, Elite Hotels Jeanette Eliasson, Nordnet Ulrika Nilsson, Quintus Technologies   This year’s jury (the lovely faces in the picture) consists of jury president Niklas Bondesson, with jury members Anders Ullstrand, Caroline Rudbeck, Andreas Fredmark, Erika Bennerholt, Johan Anselmsson, Niclas Sandin (missing from the picture), and Emma Stjernlöf.   The award is handed out on October 24.   * list in alphabetical order based on company name.   #marketing #award #growth #tillväxtpriset #noagrowthaward

📢 Exciting News from Alzinova AB! 📢   We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully completed the rights issue of shares, as resolved by the Board of Directors on April 26, 2024. We are proud to share that the total subscription rate stands at approximately 106.2 percent, and thus making the Rights Issue oversubscribed.   This success means that Alzinova will receive approximately SEK 34.4 million before issue costs, and no underwriting commitments will be utilized.   “I would like to extend a big thank you to both our existing and new shareholders for the trust we have received. The oversubscription of the Rights Issue is a sign of strength that confirms the great interest in Alzinova. 📊Our half-year report 2024 is online!    We increased profitability in the first half of 2024, with sales performance on track.   Operating income rose by 27 per cent to EUR 2.8 million compared to the first half of the previous year, improving the operating EBIT margin of around 8 per cent.   🗯️ Our CEO, Frank Wolfram, says about the half-year results: „The economic environment in the markets relevant to the SYZYGY GROUP remains generally subdued. However, we have seen a significant upturn in new business activities in the second quarter. 🎙️ Recently, in Finsilva Oyj’s Luontopääoma podcast, CapMan’s CEO Pia Kåll summarised that maintaining and increasing natural capital requires investments, which in turn necessitate a market to generate returns. The second episode of the podcast trilogy focuses on what kind of market should be created for natural capital.   This topic is particularly relevant to CapMan, as the acquisition of Dasos Capital and establishment of CapMan Natural Capital as an investment area realised at the beginning of this year.   “At CapMan, the whole idea of sustainability starts from the fact that it is fully integrated into our financial operations. We view forests similarly: generating financial returns for investors and enhancing natural capital are complementary goals. Additionally, I see opportunities to develop new products beyond traditional investment areas where value chains could be ensured to be net zero or nature positive from start to finish”, Pia explains.
