Even though Norwegians are back to school and work when we turn September, other countries still have holiday, and time to travel. Numbers of foreign guests to Norway is increasing with 15% for September compared to 2023! And the growth is significant from most markets, with a few exceptions (i.e The Netherlands and Belgium). It is also very nice to see that ALL regions in Norway have a growth in visitors, so the work to spread visitors throughout the year, to all of Norway is working.

I simply love this customer journey of a hotel guest done by LoungeUp, it identifies all the touchpoints in each of the phases: the previous phases and the stay and post-stay phases. What I like most is that it indicates the technological tools most used by customers in each of these phases.
