Our experience has led us to identify several critical components beyond just generating the content as such.   Our insights into the typical learning curve highlight the following priorities:   𝟏. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: ChatGPT and other Generative AI tools can sometimes produce incorrect or misleading content. It's crucial to ensure all content is quality-checked. In March at Shoptalk, Colleen Aubrey, SVP of Advertising at Amazon, emphasized that "𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Capturing efficiency gains and amplifying effects requires fully integrating AI applications into existing processes, supporting standard e-commerce formats, and eliminating manual tasks or change of existing processes and methods. 𝟑. 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: While Generative AI can become expensive at scale, having a system that includes content creation, fact-checking, and automation allows immediate scaling. Nonetheless, the cost can be a concern. Hence, developing proprietary AI models for the most essential use cases to ensure they are scalable and cost-effective is crucial for sustainable returns.   We're eager to hear from you!
