The results are in, and no surprise here – 𝐂𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 and 𝐀𝐈/𝐌𝐋 topped the list. But why are these skills so elusive? We turned to our Client Engineering Manager, Petar Stojanovski for insights. Petar has extensive experience testing developers in these fields and shared his perspective on why these skills are rare and what he specifically looks for during assessments.
