Football is not just a game; with the right training, it becomes a way of life. FIT FOOTBALL is preparing young talents for the future. 🌍 This week, we held the second international meeting of our #FITFOOTBALL project in Murcia, Spain. Supported by the European Union, this project takes important steps toward developing innovative training programs in the field of football. In this meeting, we: Discussed strategies for the scientific dissemination of the project. 📚 Shaped our course program based on feedback from professional footballers. 💬 Addressed sustainable training and recovery methods for young footballers. 🧘♂️ Developed new mobile application ideas to increase the active participation of grassroots football players and coaches. 📲 We extend our gratitude to all stakeholders who contributed to this meeting! We look forward to making even stronger strides at our next meeting in Leeds in 2025. See you there!
