Culture is built gradually, through daily actions, the behaviors we reinforce, and what we allow or don’t allow. As a leader, it’s crucial to keep an eye on the culture bubbling around us and through us. Our impact is powerful, we can either guide culture intentionally or disrupt it without realising it.
