What a showdown! 🏓 Our annual Table Tennis tournament ended yesterday with an incredible final in front of a cheering crowd. Lars Samuelsson claimed victory over Sven Larsson, with Albernn Vedin taking third place. Sven summed it up perfectly: “Fantastic crowd! Lars was a bit nervous beforehand, talking about body movements and other irrelevant stuff, but in the end he pulled himself together and won! Welcome the New Class in the Earn Your Wings Program! We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new 5.0 class in our Earn Your Wings program! On August 21, we welcomed 18 talented individuals, who will embark on a transformative journey of learning and growing, and two more will join us this week. The Earn Your Wings program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of our cutting-edge products and technologies in a successful collaboration with Nexer Group. Through a combination of hands-on training, mentorship, and immersive experiences, these individuals will gain invaluable insights into our industry-leading innovations. We are confident that they will bring fresh perspectives, diverse skill sets, and a passion for excellence to our organization. Their presence will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success and drive innovation across all departments. Over the next 10 months, our new class will have the opportunity to work closely with our teams and participate in challenging projects. 🌞✨ What an incredible time we had at our summer All Hands conference last week in beautiful Marstrand! The afternoon was all about building our own agenda, ensuring something for everyone. We kicked off with brief business updates, followed by an inspiring session with the great speaker Christer Olsson. Our "open space session" let everyone bring their own topics to the table. 🏃♂️🏃♀️ We had a fantastic time participating in Blodomloppet Sverige 5k and 10k races at the beautiful Slottskogen with around 40 of our awesome team members! Perfect weather for a great cause - raising awareness about blood donation. A big thanks to Malin Nordlander and Ellen Karlsson and our amazing volunteer team for organizing such a wonderful evening of running, walking, refreshments, and colleague hangouts. 🏸 What a smash hit! Our Badminton Afterwork at Fjäderborgen was a huge success with 38 participants and ten courts buzzing with energy. We swapped partners throughout the night, ensuring everyone got a chance to play and connect. From beginners to seasoned pros, everyone had a fantastic time! A massive shoutout to Alicia Rey Alonso and the Social Activity team for organizing such a memorable event.
