is seeking a full-time, professional loan officer.

*The ideal Loan Officer will have:*
* An outstanding work ethic, team player, and problem solver.
* Must be comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
* Must be comfortable with mortgage lending and have a strong understanding of the commercial loan market.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality service to our customers.
*Duties include:*
* Working with our industry partners to develop interest rates, guidelines, and pricing for new and existing loans.
* Reviewing loan files for accuracy and completeness before submitting to our underwriting team for review.
* Working with our underwriters on any necessary adjustments before closing the loan file.
* Meeting with borrowers on their loan needs throughout the loan process, including responding to borrower questions, concerns, and complaints.
* Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness before submitting to our underwriting team for review.
* Working with our mortgage team on any necessary adjustments before closing the loan file.
