Job Summary:
Responsible for participating in project management, systems analysis, design, system level testing, documentation and implementation of Sarasota County Public Hospital Board’s Computer software.
Responsible for specific application areas as defined by management.
This role is for an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Functional-Technical Subject Matter Expert.
Qualified candidate will have:
5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.
2 (PUM 45 or higher) Functional-Technical Financials/Supply Chain experience with at least one full life-cycle implementation and deep understanding of Supply Chain setup tables, business process, integration points, and reporting.
Hands-on support of Inventory, Mobile Inventory, Item Master, eProcurement, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable is preferred.
Expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM process flow and ability to proactively audit for data and process errors to ensure smooth system operation.
Experience partnering with the Business Team to implement best practice setup, new functionality, and system/configuration improvements.
Experience facilitating organizational & process changes, collaborating with Business and IT Leadership, providing communication, training and execution on change-based projects.
Ability to partner with Business Team to provide system training, explain/design configuration options, and provide guidance for checklists and business processes.
Ability to follow-up and provide continuous feedback, guidance, and information to customers and key stakeholders.
Implementation of fluid functionality is preferred.
Experience with supporting inbound/outbound integrations, Integration Broker, and supplier punchouts.
Proficiency with reviewing and writing SQL is required.
Experience with PS Query and related tools is required.
Experience with Kibana, Search Framework, KPI reporting, and BI Publisher is preferred.
Ability to review PeopleCode and Application Engine,app engine and sqr code is preferred.
Experience in all project phases including:
Conduct / Document Business Process Requirements
Facilitate Fit/Gap sessions to determine configuration and identify potential customization's (with a goal of minimizing customizations)
Author functional specification documents
Facilitate configuration and application security decisions
Configure the system to meet the SMH business requirements
Develop/document test conditions, scenarios, and scripts
Conduct system and integration testing
Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues.
Ability to work onsite 1- 2 days in Sarasota, Florida per week.
Must be FL resident.
Proactive approach to completing the assigned tasks with little direction and be adaptable to changing job requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Require college degree, with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer five (5) years of experience in a multi-entity health care system, large hospital or managed care organization as a Systems Analyst and or Manager.
