We are renting our entire house in the safe & quiet neighborhood in the 626 close to Asian food, markets and schools.
We are looking for clean, respectful and responsible tenants.
Must be comfortable with owners (we are young professionals) occasionally visiting LA and staying in the master bedroom with our 9lb poodle.

-Starter kitchen (stocked with microwave, toaster, plates/cups etc)
-Washer & dryer
-1/2 bath for common area usage
-Gated driveway
-Lemon, orange, persimmon, guava and loquat trees in back & front yard
Off access areas: Master bedroom, office & garage, hallway closets
Utilities etc:
Landlord responsible for: Garbage, internet, landscaping, monthly cleaning of common areas
Tenant responsible for: Pro-rata share of electric, gas, water/sewer
