Looking for attorney (Los Angeles)

I'm looking for attorney that works in an hourly basis who will take a case on land dispute I live on the hillside in Los Angeles my neighbor did illegal construction to his home through all the dirt over the hillside raising his Hillside over two feet with all the rain we've had in the last past year all that dirt ended up in my backyard and is now moving my Foundation I've asked him to assist and help he told me it was an act of God I contacted the city attorney's office which is trying to work with us who advised me to get an attorney and sue him for damages and stress I am looking for an attorney that will assist in filing a lawsuit against him
