Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.

Duties: - Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but willing to train - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficient in computer skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy Location: 4184 Temple City Blvd.
