What You’ll Do:
The goal of this role is to act as a primary liaison between producers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, high-quality service delivery, and effective resolution of issues.
This involves supporting assigned producer(s) in client interactions, managing meetings and documentation, maintaining accuracy and quality standards, overseeing client renewals, handling complaints and disputes, developing policies and procedures, and providing project management support.
Additionally, the role aims to possess and apply a diverse set of competencies including clear communication, effective presentation skills, mentorship, relationship building, financial analysis, resource utilization, accountability, problem-solving, client engagement, and task delegation.
Serve as Primary Representative: · Act as the primary proxy for producers in client, external, and internal interactions · Actively participate in client dinners, events, and activities to foster and maintain relationships · Identify opportunities to connect with new HR team members within 30 days of joining client teams · Assume responsibility for overseeing the completion and finalization of Large Group agreements, fee structure, Scope of services contract, and aged accounts payable detail until it is paid Support Service Teams and Clients: · Provide valuable support and insights to both service teams and clients · Take thorough meeting notes, prepare meeting summaries, and ensure timely follow-up on action items · Identify and engage appropriate internal and external resources as needed by clients and service teams Ensure Accuracy and Quality: · Identify and rectify errors in presentation drafts, guiding correction · Take thorough meeting notes, prepare meeting summaries, and ensure timely follow-up on action items Client Management: · Develop and maintain a comprehensive client renewal list · Develop and maintain strong relationships with market contacts · Handle Client Complaints and Disputes · Represent clients in addressing complaints, disputes, or grievances internally and with vendor partners as necessary · Manage stewardship reports for key clients · Fulfill project management duties as required, ensuring successful project execution · Support the Onboarding team to make sure the client’s initial experience is seamless You Should Have:: College degree preferred.
5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Active Life/Health License Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and develop others to perform and contribute to the organization Strong leadership and relationship building skills Influential and trustworthy Willingness to continue a program for professional development Ability to be flexible This Job Description is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities comprising this position.

In addition to our robust benefits package, the hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000.
While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety factors, including the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
