*Job Descriptions:*
· Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions in ledgers, spreadsheets, or accounting software.
This may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
· Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors or suppliers.
· Reconcile expense reports, verify receipts, and process reimbursements for employees.
· Match transactions from bank statements with entries in the accounting records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
· Assist in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· Provide necessary documentation and support during internal or external audits.
· Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
· Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
· Other duties as assigned.
*Requirements:*
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
· 1 – 2 years of working experience is required
· Bilingual in English and Chinese
· Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
