FIELD COORDINATOR

FIELD COORDINATOR Primary Responsibilities: Assist the Transportation Operations Manager with supervision and development of field operations; Responsible for all personnel, vehicles, and equipment in the assigned area of operations; Adherence to standards of safety, customer relations, vehicle operations, vehicle maintenance/ cleanliness; Compliance with regulatory requirements and locally established operational policies and procedures; Overall effectiveness and efficiency of assigned staff and vehicles assigned; Associated documentation and reporting; Supervises assigned employees by instructing, assigning and reviewing work, completing performance reviews, reviewing vehicle camera footage and making recommendations for personnel actions; Perform inspections of vehicles; Tracks time cards and manifests for assigned employees to ensure they are turned in completed and accurate for approval.
Tasks Performed: Recommends assigned employees for both merit notification and disciplinary actions; Recommends and implements in field operations; Coordinates with the Transportation Operations Manager and support staff to enhance driver skills, obtain resources, ensure safety and establish priorities; Participate in incident/accident response and investigation when needed.
Responsible for all assigned assets, Responsible for proper cash collection; Adherence to standards and discipline; Conducts informal and supplementary on-the-job training including testing drivers knowledge and performance skills, and remedial training; Participate in training sessions; Identify training opportunities.
Essential Functions: Evaluate assigned staff performance in assigned area of operations; Accident/incident and customer complaint investigations and subsequent reports; Recommend and/or assist in development of policies and procedures, coordinate vehicle maintenance delivery; Responsible for driver accountability, attendance, performance, appearance, customer service and driver adherence to company policies and procedures; Perform other job related duties as assigned.
**MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACK GROUND CHECK **MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXP.
**MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE MONDAY TO FRIDAY 800 AM TO 5:00 PM SALARY $53,000 YOU MUST SUBMIT A RESUME AS AN ATTACHMENT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
