I am a 62 yr.
old single male parent raising my 6yr.
old son alone.
I'm looking for a mature woman (without children) who can help with my son and in exchange I will provide free rent and bedroom.
My lease agreement does not allow for more than three occupants.
We live in a one bedroom apt and the bedroom is yours to stay in.
You must provide own personal needs.
You may help with groceries equally or pay for your own separately.
There will be no other financial responsibilities other than own.
You must have your own transportation.
If you're a moderate drinker that is okay.
If you smoke, you must be outside.
Absolutely no drug use.
I am willing to help you for a place to live as long as needed and, as long as provided care for my son is met.
I am asking that the situation be fairly permanent although it is negotiable.
I will be required to add you to my lease.
There is a $25 non-refundable app fee.
No pets please.
I have a cat and he does not do well with other animals.
