Pathway in back that leads to a private backyard, we live right beside gorgeous millcreek pond!
Ducks and wildlife are always hanging out and makes for an amazing atmosphere! Also very accessible to food places, shops, school, the freeway etc.
Lease agreement is 6 months with option to renew.
