$850 Private Room w/ Shared Bath (Sugarhouse - Salt Lake City)

I’m looking for a girl to take over my spot on the lease for this Private Room with Shared Bath in a townhome! Price: $770 + shared utilities (usually ends up around $850 total for wifi, water, electric, etc) Location: Sugar House, right by multiple bus lines and a TRAX stop Move in would be February 1 with wiggle room for earlier and lease goes through July 14 2024.
The room is on the second floor of a townhome with 2 floors + basement, 3 bedrooms, 2.
5 baths.
Washer/dryer included.
There are 2 other current occupants who are female grad students in their 20s.
They’re super nice, clean, and quiet, and one has an ESA cat who is super sweet and cuddly (but does not get along with other animals, so preferably no other pets).
There’s one covered parking spot and also uncovered parking for residents.
The rooms are super big and we have an additional empty room in the basement that is currently used for storage + the cat’s litter box but could fit furniture.
