The apartment comes with a top floor patio with mountain view’s and the sweetest mountain birds for view from the dining room.
It has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and a real working fireplace that’s lovely during the winter months.
Central air, a large pool and Hottub located just behind our building where you can also find laundry and a 24 hour gym.
There’s a dry sauna available during the day when the leasing office is open as well.
The grounds are gorgeous with beautiful tall old trees, and Big Cottonwood creek runs alongside the complex.
There’s also various charcoal grills dispersed throughout with picnic tables and a large gas grill located inside the pool hot tub area.
The vibe here is peaceful.
I’m open minded and social, however, while at home I like to shutoff and enjoy the peace.
For socializing, we are walking distance to 2 excellent bar and grills across the street and central to many grocery stores.
I’m open to long or short term stays, security deposit is 700 plus the first months rent.
