You will get two bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet), one large living room and one full bathroom.

Shared entrance and the kitchen are upstairs.
There’s an additional fridge and a microwave in the basement.
Garage space for a motorcycle.
Large fenced backyard and a neighborhood park across the street.

The house is located in a well maintained neighborhood around 6200s and 5600w, Kearns 84118.
Ideally, I'm looking for just one person who needs some extra space but if you already have a friend or roommate I could rent individual bedrooms for $700 per room (including all utilities) with an option to use two private bathrooms.
No preference for gender.

I'm in my mid-30's and work as an Analyst for a transportation company in the valley.
I love travelling and have been to over 20 countries.
I’m very laid back and easy going.
I don't drink but I don't care if you do.

The house is always kept clean and quiet and I would like to keep it that way.
