$800 / 1br - room in (silver creek village summer)

A furnished bedroom in my townhome in SilverCreek Village for one person.
It is furnished with a large bed.
A bathroom is connected to it, and you can use the laundry up by the room.
WIFI and other utilities are covered.
No smoking, or parties in the home.
I live here with my two small dogs.
Room is available now.
The cost is $800 a month until October/November.
Also, please know there is a cleaning/security deposit equal to a month’s rent up front.
The townhouse is by the freeway off I 80 and I 40.
The first and security deposit are due before you move in.
Additional background check of $40.
I would consider a dog for an additional damage deposit, depending on size of dog.
