Room available in Murray in home with 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Dogs stay in bedroom when we are not home.
Rent does not include utilities.
Deposit of $550.
House is on a quiet street, walking distance to Jordan River trail and park.
House seems to be about 15 min from most things in the valley.
Looking for roomie that is queer friendly.
Living room off of the kitchen is currently not furnished from previous roomies moving out so living room furniture could be welcome.
House has a fair sized backyard with a raised bed for gardening.
It's concrete and partial "grass".
The bedroom is fair sized and I think a above average closet size.
Also other storage options could be available.
House has a large basement crawl space to keep packed up things.
Will need to be approved by rental company prior to moving in.
We are two 30 years old who both keep things pretty quiet.
Hoping for a roomie who will keep common areas clean within reason like not leaving pots or pans in the sink.
We are not night people due to work and have always kept things pretty quiet in the home.
