$450 MODERN 2 BD/2 BATH APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT DECEMBER!

Hi.
There,Have 1300 sq ft Two bed Two bath for rent.
One private room and private restroom.
Utilities included $450 a month.
I pay $900a month and plus utilities MALES only.
Sorry girls my girlfriend wouldn’t be okay with that.
I have been really unsure about renting a room out.
So heads up I’m gonna be very picky who I let into my home.
I am on probation for a dui and absolutely can’t have any drugs or alcohol in the house.
Would prefer someone sober but if you drink once in a while just not at the house I’m fine with that.
No druggies at all.
And sorry not 420 friendly.
I also have a hypoallergenic golden doodle named Kemba.
He does not shed which is awesome.
I also work nights at chobani so would need someone respectful of letting me sleep during days.
Also someone who is capable of keeping space clean.
This is gonna be for a month to month lease but for 6 months in length.
I am doing that just in case it really doesn’t work out.
Also will have to get approval through Elizabeth estates property management to be able to move in.
Once or twice a month I have my son and girlfriend come from Boise for a couple days.
But other than that I love listening to music.
I also make music.
I love my rap music.
honestly I am a super down to earth guy.
Pretty easy to get along with I just want to make sure whoever I let in my home is the right fit.
So I’ll be doing interviews and phone calls to get a feel of personality and see if we would get along.
