A 4×4 or awd vehicle is required The room is about 300 sq feet.

The kitchen and living room are pretty much the same room, a nice big common area.
With wood floors, fireplace & a flat screen tv.
I have a washer &dryer too.
The backyard has tons of shade and is fenced in too.

There is a nice deck also in the back that is very private and a nice gas grill too.
There is one bathroom on the main floor that you would share with the other roommate.
I have tons of storage space in the house for you to use.
Summit parks a great place to live.
Your halfway between SLC & park city, while not dealing with valley living or the old town scene.
Great trails not a lot of people outside of summit park use, just a couple minutes from the house.
Awesome BC skiing in the winter.
I'm into biking, skiing, hiking & camping.
I've got a border collie that love the outdoors too.
Also a 4×4 or awd vehicle is needed.
