net is seeking a sales professional to join our growing team.
You’ll prospect, qualify, negotiate and close deals with owners of vacant land in our target markets (100% remote).
We’ll provide you with everything you need to be successful.
The ideal candidate has a track record of being a top producing sales person, is an exceptional communicator, self driven, confident, and has a relentless "whatever-it-takes" attitude toward converting leads into contracts to purchase.
No prior real estate experience and no real estate license is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting and converting leads, including outbound prospecting, and maintaining information in the CRM
- Responding to leads in a timely manner
- Available 4+ hours per day for calls (Monday-Friday)
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition (100% remote)
- Negotiate directly with land owners to secure properties at the best price
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives
