Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant - Office Manager will be responsible for being the face of Hammon Plating, Salt Lake City.
This person will answer, direct, and contend will all incoming calls.
They will support staff as necessary, do data entry, be responsible for purchasing, and submission of employee payroll hours to accounting, and also be responsible for special projects.
This person will also do filing and organization of the filing system in the Accounting Department, and process payables.
They will come to the role with solid executive administrative experience, be very organized, and have a high attention to detail.
This person will be the face of our new facility in Salt Lake City, and professionally support all areas of our executive team.
Job Description
Manage scheduling for company executives
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executives
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executives
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain various records and documents for company executives
Professionally answer, contend with, and direct incoming calls
Data entry, when needed; Update database, as needed
Assist and support all areas of executive staff
Respond professionally and amiably to requests for administrative support or assistance
Responsible for purchasing, as instructed
Submit payroll hours gathered from employees and provide them to Accounting Department
Organize and manage filing system for Accounting Department
Process payable checks, as needed
Assist other staff in administrative tasks, as requested.
