Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the employer
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, memos, and reports
- File and maintain both electronic and physical records
- Transcribe notes and meeting minutes as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Conduct data entry and maintain databases
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested
Skills:
- Proficient in using DocuSign or similar electronic signature software
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
