OPERATIONS FALAFEL “Because street food is for everyone” In this hi-tech globalized world we live in, Arabic Street food lost its roots, taste and fans. Falafel became fancy, Shawarma was stuffed in baguettes, and hummus turned pink. A bunch of food patriots joined together, and promised to unite and make a stand. With genuine roots, and a great belief in original Arabic dishes, we dusted off grandma’s recipes, rolled up our sleeves and got down to business. We set up shop in a small warehouse, bringing back the original, cheap and delicious Arab street food for each and every one of you. So say hello to the authentic stuff, and Join the cause!
