📆 According to the head of CryptoQuant, Ki Young Ju, the bull cycle of BTC could end by April 2025! He notes that the market capitalization of BTC is growing faster than its realized capitalization, and such a trend usually lasts for about two years. $DICT token will be listed on P2B Crypto Exchange , Lithuania's CEX (Centralized Exchange) this month through an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering)! An IEO is a method of raising funds by issuing and selling tokens through a cryptocurrency exchange to promote a decentralized project born from a community. My Web3 community, DICT - Design, Innovation, Co-Creation, Technology, was founded on March 1, 2022 at DICT CUBE TOKYO in Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and two years have passed quickly. This initiative is part of my social experiment as an academic research on innovation management, but I believe it will be the first IEO and cryptocurrency listing in Japan for an unincorporated project incubation. The theory of the "Innovator's Dilemma", which was proposed by the late Professor Clayton Christensen, a renowned American businessman and business scholar, and which is now becoming a classic, and the concept of "disruptive innovation" are fatal threats and challenges in this era that large scale of governments, companies, and organizations face that cannot be ignored any more. As a prescription for this issue, I wanted to spread DICT's approach to society, not just as a theory, but as a practice! That is my interest as a social entrepreneur, investor, and social physicist, and the idea behind founding DICT. DICT has been co-creating an average of two projects per month since its founding. These projects are always monetized as small businesses, and community members practice business through the planning and management of these projects like MBA program. And such decentralized autonomous organization has already created 10 startup companies in the past two years, one of which has achieved astonishing high performance, with first-year sales exceeding $1 million USD and achieving an exit through M&A. It may be hard to believe, but all the other companies have been in the black since their first year. Of course, it's not just business, but NPO, NGO, education, regional revitalization, and more are also actually launched as a project.
