Acclaimed British producer and DJ Ross From Friends (AKA Felix Clary Weatherall) returns to his Scarlet Tiger imprint for the highly anticipated single release, ‘The One’, his first in almost two years. The single marks Ross From Friends’ second appearance on the label, having launched Scarlet Tiger with ‘Burner’ in early 2021, and has since released EPs by RFF band member Cameo Blush and Giulia Tess.

Following on from his second album, ‘Tread’, released on Flying Lotus’ Brainfeeder imprint in late 2021, Ross From Friends continues to build upon his craftsmanship of emotive storytelling. On ‘The One’, Ross From Friends leans on a bouncy two-step rhythm and repetitive ‘the one’ vocal sample before building into his signature euphoric soaring synths to create a track that’s sure to pull on your heart strings.

A cornerstone of Ross From Friends music has always been the blistering Ross From Friends 3-man live show—comprising Felix, Jed Hampson & John Dunk—that delivers a killer blend of live musicianship (guitar, keys and sax) and electronics and has graced stages at the likes of Coachella, Glastonbury, Primavera and Sonar to name a few. The trio have had multiple sold-out dates across tours throughout the UK, EU, Australia and North America, including recent festival performances at Glastonbury, Laneway AU & NZ, AVA, Portola and Parklife.
