*Job Description:*
The Sales & Marketing Director carries out the sales initiatives set forth by the company and supports the growth and development of the community they service.
Primarily focused in developing new business contacts; maintaining current relationships; developing and implementing the sales and marketing plan, and responsible for achieving determined growth benchmarks.
Works in conjunction with the Executive Director to ensure external and internal marketing initiates are carried out accordingly.
Provides weekly reports to the Executive Director outlining marketing plan progress.
Provides weekly updates to the management team during management team meetings.
Responsible for maintaining up to date information on market fluctuations and competitive analysis changes
Maintains positive customer relations and provides excellent customer service with families, residents, staff, physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, vendors, etc.

Travels frequently to meet daily business obligations for the position.
*Minimum Eligibility Requirements and Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
* Two years of marketing and/or sales experience
* Prior experience in assisted living sales or long-term care sales
* Valid driver's license in the state of employment
* Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel often
